At FLOUR MARKET LLC, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and more.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer several shipping methods to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen.

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (Next day delivery)

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

3. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services to other countries in the future.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Oversized Items: Some larger items may require a separate shipping method or incur additional fees. You will be notified at checkout if your item qualifies.

5. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will arrive the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will arrive the day after that.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and the volume of orders we are processing.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website using this number. 7. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if your order is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Lost Items: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier. If the issue persists, contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damage and contact us within 5 business days of receiving the package. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
  • Paid Shipping: For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the items and the shipping address.
  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Additional fees will apply for expedited and overnight shipping, and these costs will be displayed at checkout.
